2025-2026 Valuation List and Government Rent Roll

Important Notes

  1. The Valuation List (VL) and Government Rent Roll (GRR) were declared by the Commissioner of Rating and Valuation on 17 March 2025.
  2. These electronic VL and GRR searching functions reflect the data image as declared by the Commissioner on 17 March 2025 and display publicly from 17 March 2025 to 31 May 2025 inclusive.
  3. In the GRR, the amount of $1 shown in the "Rateable Value" column indicates that the rateable value of the concerned tenement does not exceed the minimum rateable value of $3,000. Under the Government Rent (Assessment and Collection) Ordinance, Government Rent for that tenement will be payable only if demanded.
  4. The fastest way to retrieve data is to search by "Assessment Number". If the Assessment Number is unknown, the following options can be used but the search will take longer time:
    (i) "Development/Building Name";
    (ii) "Street/Village Name and Building Number"; and
    (iii) "Lot Details".
  5. Only English and Traditional Chinese characters are stored in the Rating and Valuation Department's computer systems. The output format can therefore only be displayed in English and Traditional Chinese characters at present. As Simplified Chinese characters are not currently available, the language options for the search functions are restricted to English and Traditional Chinese characters only.
