System Requirements

    • The Property Information Online (PIO) has been tested for the following combinations of popular operating systems and browsers:

      To use the PIO, you need to enable the following in your browser:
      1. Javascript
      2. Cookies
      3. TLS 1.2

      For PIO chargeable services

      To ensure high security of the payment transactions, you must use one of the combinations of operating systems and browsers listed above to access those services.

      If you choose PPS for online payment of transaction fee, please verify and update the system setting of your browser with reference to the system requirements set out in the PPS website:
