Welcome to the Property Information Online (PIO) Service Homepage.
PIO is an online service provided by the Rating and Valuation Department. It enables users to browse easily the property information held by the Department. This online service was first launched in February 2009. Since then, more service items have been added to enrich the contents of this online platform. Listed below is a summary of the services available :

We are committed to rendering quality service to our customers. PIO offers a very comprehensive bilingual search engine with five different searching paths for over 2.6 million property records. In showing a property record, the aligned property address of the Land Registry is also given for general reference. Real-time service will be delivered through the PIO with delivery modes at the choice of users. Whilst users of the service can make online payment using Credit Cards or PPS, frequent users can apply for subscriber accounts for more convenient use of the system.
PIO is a round-the-clock service though there would be a short interruption of about 1 minute for daily system data update after midnight. I hope you find PIO useful and user-friendly. Please let us have your feedback and comments to enable us to serve you better.
